REPUBLICAN MORENO WINS OHIO SENATE RACE

Republican businessman Bernie Moreno was elected as Ohio U.S. senator, defeating Democratic incumbent Sherrod Brown.
Moreno earned around 50% of the vote, compared to Brown’s 46.4%. Libertarian candidate Don Kissick garnered 3.4%.
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump backed Moreno, who will be the first Latino to represent Ohio in the Senate.
KENTUCKY’S AMENDMENT 1 PASSES

Kentucky’s Amendment 1 has passed with 62.3% (888,920) voting yes and 37.7% (556,073) voting no.
Sixty-seven percent of votes have been counted according to the Associated Press.

SHERROD BROWN NOW LEADS IN OHIO SENATE

Forty percent of votes have been counted for the Ohio Senate race, 50.9% (1,208,142) voting for Democratic incumbent candidate Brown, 46.7% (1,109,638) voting for Republican candidate Bernie Moreno and 2.4% (57,397) voting for Libertarian candidate Don Kissick, according to the Associated Press.

Fourteen percent of votes have been counted for the Ohio Senate race, with 50.1% (409,591) voting for Republican candidate Moreno, 47.4% (386,760) for Democratic incumbent candidate Sherrod Brown and 2.5% (20,388) for Libertarian candidate Don Kissick, according to the Associated Press.
