Tuesday, Oct. 22
- Men’s golf wrapped up their fall season at the Xavier Invitational, finishing sixth out of 12 teams. Isaac Moody finished in sixth place at +4 for the tournament. Moody fired rounds of 70-77-67 with a total of 214, with his final round 67 allowing him to jump up 21 spots on the leaderboard. Luke Muller made a final round push of his own, finishing T-7. Muller finished with a 215 total (74-73-68), jumping up 20 spots on the leaderboard during the final round. Zack Beard finished T-41 (75-75-74 — 224). Beard made five birdies and an eagle across 54 holes. Justin Gabbard finished T-48 (75-71-81), Evan Stewart finished 57th, (83-78-76) and Mason Butler finished 59th (76-88-77).
- Women’s golf finished up their fall schedule at the Dayton Flyer Invitational, finishing in seventh place as a team. Kenna Jenkinson and Reagan Nolan led the Norse at the event, both finishing inside the top 30. Jenkinson finished T-26 overall and shot 78-79-78 —235, finishing with six birdies in 54 holes. Nolan fired the lowest round of any Norse golfer at the tournament with her round one 73. Nolan followed that up with a pair of 81s to finish with a 235 total of her own and a T-26 finish. Gracie Baun finished 37th (79-79-83 —241), making one birdie. Both Lilly Baumann and Ella Hardy individually finished T-40 with 244 totals.
- Men’s soccer battled with number 24-ranked Duquesne, but came up short losing 1-0. Duquesne scored the game’s lone goal in the 16th minute. The Norse didn’t back down playing great defense, but just couldn’t get it done on the offense side. Total shots were even at 13-13, with the Duquesne Dukes holding a 5-4 advantage in shots on goal. Steven Boaghe-Braniste, Tyler Murphy, Jacob Haskins and Bennett Gerak provided the four shots on goal for the Norse. Romeo Paparesta got his first start of the season in goal, making four saves. After allowing the game’s only goal, Paparesta made a number of saves to keep the deficit at one.
Friday, Oct. 25
- Women’s volleyball lost on the road to Purdue Fort Wayne 3-1. NKU fell in the first two sets (25-16, 25-18) before bouncing back with a 25-18 win in the third set. The fourth set was a battle, with both teams trading points, and the biggest lead was just three points. The game was tied 23-23, but Purdue Fort Wayne came out on top, winning 25-23. Allison Risley posted a double-double, finishing with 18 digs and 11 kills. Joy Banks finished with 16 kills and 16 digs for another double-double. Sydney Bray led the Norse in hitting percentage at .364. Torie Houston and Lainey Green combined for 34 assists.
Saturday, Oct. 26
- Women’s soccer won their fifth straight game against Youngstown State 4-0. NKU struck quickly in the first half, scoring two goals in just eight minutes with Kylie Anderson’s 23rd minute goal and Lilly Yordy’s 30th minute goal. In the second half, Anderson scored her second goal of the game in the 56th minute. Lydia Self scored the last goal of the game off a penalty kick in the 83rd minute to win the game 4-0. Northern Kentucky dominated the match in every facet, recording 24 total shots with 13 on goal to Youngstown State’s seven total shots and only one on goal.
- Men’s soccer lost on senior day against Milwaukee 4-1. Milwaukee scored one goal in the first half and three in the second, while the Norse was the last to score in the 81st minute with a goal by Jason Purks.
- Women’s volleyball lost to Purdue Fort Wayne 3-2. NKU and Purdue Fort Wayne split the first two sets, with each set score being 25-20. Purdue Fort Wayne won the third set in a battle 25-22, before NKU bounced back with a 25-26 win in set four. The Mastodons went on to win after a set five win 15-12. Sydney Bray, Ivey Stocks and Joy Banks all posted double digit kills for NKU, with Bray’s 18 leading the way. Lucy Cluxton led NKU with 17 digs, while Torie Houston, Lainey Green, Joy Banks and Allison Risley all posted double digit digs as well. Torie Houston, Lainey Green and Joy Banks each had a double-double.

Wednesday, Oct. 30
- Women’s basketball plays against Mount St. Joseph in an exhibition game at 6 p.m.
- Women’s soccer takes on Wright State at home at 7 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 1
- Men’s soccer goes against Purdue Fort Wayne in Purdue Fort Wayne, Indiana at 2 p.m.
- Women’s volleyball takes on Green Bay in Green Bay, Wisconsin at 7 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 2
- Men’s and women’s swimming is having a meet at Xavier.
- Men’s and women’s cross country is going to the Horizon League Cross Country Championships in Green Bay, Wisconsin at Alumni XC Course in Shorewood at 11 a.m.
- Women’s volleyball takes on Green Bay in Green Bay, Wisconsin at 3 p.m.
