After a close 99-97 score against Wright State, NKU men’s basketball took home the win from the quarterfinal matchup Thursday night.
Though NKU trailed by 17 in the first half, the team was able to climb back out and eventually tie with Wright State into overtime.
The win against the Raiders advances NKU to the Horizon League semifinals in Indianapolis, where they’ll play against the Milwaukee Panthers. This will be the sixth consecutive time that the Norse have advanced to the semifinals.
The game against Milwaukee will take place Monday, March 11 at 9:30 p.m. at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum in Indianapolis on ESPN2.
The Horizon League tournament championship will take place on Tuesday, March 12, and will be broadcast on ESPN or ESPN2 at 7 p.m.
