Women’s Volleyball team sweep Milwaukee Panthers to become 2019 Horizon League Champs

NKU Volleyball defeated the Milwaukee Panthers in a sweep Sunday afternoon to become 2019 Horizon League Champions. The Norse took down UIC Friday 3-0 in the first round of the tournament and Wright State 3-1 in the semifinals Saturday night. Sophomore outside hitter Anna Brinkmann recorded 11 kills and 10 digs for the game and senior outside hitter Laura Crawford led in digs with 15. Senior setter Shelby Olsen and senior right side Miranda Wucherer each had 19 assists in the match.
