The Northern Kentucky University Men’s Basketball team improved its record to 16-3 overall and 10-2 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, with two hard-fought victories over Lewis University, Jan. 31 and the Wisconsin-Parkside, Feb. 2.
Against Wisconsin-Parkside, the school picked to win the GLVC Eastern division at the start of the year, the Norse outperformed a Rangers team in a game which had 12 lead changes and six ties. The Norse won the game 74-67.
On defense, NKU struggled for much of the game to stop the inside attack from the Wisconsin-Parkside offense.
