5. You don’t have to revert to your juvenile ways, but Friday, Nov. 4 local bands such as Norust and The City Is … are hosting a benefit concert at Scott High School. Carolyn Meyer who has suffered multiple brain aneurysms will receive the proceeds from the event. The show begins at 7 p.m. and tickets are $5.
4. Northern Kentucky University men’s basketball will compete in pre-season matchup Saturday, Nov. 6 against Xavier University at the Cintas Center. The game will start at 7 p.m. and tickets are $12 for students.
3. Friday, Oct. 4 the NKU Guitar Ensemble and Orchestra will entertain their audience in Greaves Hall. Students in the Guitar Ensemble are playing a piece created by their director Christopher Wilke. Tickets are $2 for students.
2. I’m guilty for not going yet. Triumph of Love closes Sunday, Oct. 6. The performances are located in the Black Box Theater. Tickets are $6 for students.
