Homecoming 2005 will bring activities and events designed to include the northern Kentucky community in its weeklong celebration of NKU traditions.

“Norse the Unstoppable Force” is this year’s theme to provide the growth, development and future of NKU. Stephanie McGoldrick, Homecoming adviser, and Ashley Mann, Homecoming Committee chairwoman, say plans for the weeklong celebration are nearly complete.

Homecoming 2005 runs from Feb. 4-12.

Homecoming’s official kick-off is its Feb. 6 Norse Day at the Levee, with music, performances, raffles and plenty of NKU gear. Newport on the Levee businesses also will offer special NKU discounts to students and alumni.
