Local bands Remedy, Eyesore, and Semi-Automatic unleashed their musical skills and dominated the lobby of Northern Kentucky University’s Kentucky Hall Feb. 1st.
With the double-doors of the entrance propped open, the pounding music was heard far beyond the walls of the hall, and lured passing students in from the cold night to join the others filling the room.
Remedy, the first of the three bands to play at the third Rockin’ the Hall concert and whose name comes from a Black Crows song, was a change in the original agenda for the evening, joining the lineup after The Hound cancelled.
All five members of Remedy have come from broken bands, but that doesn’t mean that the past four months they’ve been playing together have been free from error.
