The Northern Kentucky women's soccer team ended their season in the Horizon League semifinals against no. 2 UIC, 1-0. The Norse end their season 9-9 overall and 5-4 in the conference.

Senior midfielder Shawna Zaken has been named both the 2019 Offensive Player of the Year and the 2019 Horizon League Women’s Soccer Player of the Year. These awards are voted on by the head soccer coaches of each school in the Horizon League.

The Norse has solidified their fourth place tie in the Horizon League with a Friday night win over Detroit Mercy. The Norse have now moved to 8-8 overall and 5-4 in the Horizon League regular season.

The NKU men’s soccer team wins 3-2 against UIC with help from a record breaking hat trick. The Norse advance to 3-5-1 overall and now 2-2 in the Horizon League. The UIC Flames fall to  8-3 overall and 2-1 in the conference.

Women’s Soccer opens home conference play with a 1-0 loss

The Norse opened up home conference play with a 1-0 loss to the UIC flames. The Norse are now 4-5 on the season and 1-1 in the conference. The Flames advance to 6-3-1 and to 2-0 in the conference.
